DIRECTIONS: Directions to Eastern Branch (Shrewsbury) Route 35, Shrewsbury, NJ 07702 (732) 683-8980 FROM THE NORTH Take New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 11 (Garden State Parkway South). Take Garden State Parkway South to Exit 109 (Red Bank). You must stay in the outside (right) lane on the Parkway after crossing the Raritan River since this is the local lane. Turn left after getting off Exit 109 and head East on Route 520 (Newman Springs Road) to Route 35 (about 1 1/2 miles). Turn right on Route 35 and go about 1 1/2 miles. The library will be on your left. FROM THE SOUTH Take Garden State Parkway to Exit 105. Follow 36 East to Route 35 North. After going past Fort Monmouth (on the right), the 3rd stoplight will be Avenue of the Common. Turn right onto Avenue of the Common. Library will be on the corner. Go around the library to the parking lot. FROM THE TRENTON AREA Take I-195 East to Garden State Parkway North. Take Garden State Parkway North to Exit 105. Follow 36 East to Route 35 North. After going past Fort Monmouth (on the right), the 3rd stoplight will be Avenue of the Common. Turn right onto Avenue of the Common. Library will be on the corner. Go around the library to the parking lot.
